As a Assistant Residence Manager, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervises residential DSP staff as they carry out daily care duties
• Ensure all documentation is completed and filed correctly
• Provide support, instruction, and written plans to ensure residents are living in a safe and nurturing environment

What We Require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• New York State Driver’s License required
• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar setting, including supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
